外国語指導助手を募集します (Recruitment of ALT)
- 伊勢崎市教育委員会では、市内の学校で英語教育を担当する外国語指導助手(ALT)を募集します。
- The Isesaki-city Board of Education is recruiting Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs).

応募資格 Eligibility Requirements (All must be met)
- 以下の要件をすべて満たすこと
- 英語を母語とする国の国籍を有する人、または同等の英語運用能力を有し、英語教授資格(TESOL/TEFL等)を有する人
- 大学の学士号または修士号を取得している人(または同等の教育課程を修了した方)
- 日本国内で有効な在留資格(就労可能なもの)を有し、在留期間が任用期間を満たす人
- 教職員との打合せが可能な日本語能力を有する人
- 伊勢崎市または近隣市町村に居住し、指定された勤務校へ通勤できる人
- 児童生徒および教職員と積極的にコミュニケーションを図れる人
- 現在他の契約に従事している場合、任用開始までに確実に契約終了できる人
- Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a country where English is native language or possess a high level of English proficiency with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL).
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or have completed an equivalent higher education program.
- Possess a valid visa that allows employment in Japan, with a period of stay covering the contract period.
- Have sufficient Japanese ability to communicate with teachers and participate in work-related meetings.
- Live in Isesaki City or nearby and be able to commute to assigned schools.
- Be proactive and willing to communicate positively with students and school staff.
- Be able to complete any current employment contract before the start of this appointment.
勤務条件 Working Conditions
任用期間 Employment Period
- 2026年4月1日から 2027年3月31日まで
- (勤務状況が良好な場合には、1年単位で更新あり)
- From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (one year)
- Contract renewal may be possible on a yearly basis depending on work performance and other conditions. Renewal is not guaranteed.
勤務時間 Working hours
- 1日7時間(休憩45分を除く)
- 7 hours per day (excluding a 45-minute break)
職務内容 Duties
- 市内小・中・中等教育学校における英語授業の指導補助および教材作成補助
- 担当教諭との授業準備や打ち合わせ
- 児童生徒・教職員向け研修の補助
- 英語弁論大会、英語クラブ等の課外活動への協力
- 要請がある場合の幼稚園等での指導補助
- 校外でのグローバル体験活動の補助
- その他、教育委員会または校長(園長)が必要と認める職務
- Assisting in English classes at elementary, junior high, and secondary schools
- Supporting lesson preparation, teaching materials development, and coodination with Japanese teachers
- Assisting with training sessions for teachers and students
- Supporting English speech contests, English clubs, and other extracurricular activities
- Assisting with English-related activities at kindergartens when requested
- Supporting off-campus global or international learning programs
- Other duties deemed necessary by the Board of Education or school principals
報酬 Remuneration
- 月額：320,000円(令和7年度実績)
- (注意)令和8年度予算の成立状況により変更となる場合があります
- (注意)別途通勤手当支給
- (注意)報酬は翌月払い
- Monthly salary: 320,000 yen (FY2025 amount)
- Salary paid the following month.
- Amount may change depending on the FY2026 municipal budget.

- ・郵送の場合：封筒に「ALT申込み」と朱書し、配達証明等の確実な方法で送付してください。
- (注意)応募用紙(様式1)、同意書(様式2)、募集要項は、以下よりダウンロードできます。
- (注意)応募書類は返却できません。
- (注意)書類に不正があった場合は、合格を取り消すことがあります。
- Applications Deadline : Friday, January 9, 2026 (must arrive by the deadline)
- ・In person：By 5:15 p.m on the same day
- ・By mail：Please write "ALT Application" in red on the envelope. Use a trackable postal method whenever possible.
